Writing this review after using for one week so that I can fully feel out the chair.
Arm-rest controls are a little stiff when adjusting, but it’s not a big issue considering I do not frequently adjust them.
The overall support is excellent, feels like a car seat. Body weight is evenly distributed so makes it a comfy seat.
Special compliments to the lumbar cushion / pillow. It is a rectangle shaped cushion, quite different from typical roll designs. This design is better able to support the spine in its natural curvature, without the excessive arching which results from roll-shaped cushions.
Strongly recommend this chair.

Judging based on comfort and aesthetic, definitely a worthwhile buy unlike some other chairs. The Cyclone has literally replaced my existing APOL gaming chair of < 1 year. The comfort on your posterior will never quite be the same. The lumbar support is squishy just like memory foam and it works wonders on the lower spine. Great product, great buy!
